BFF Moments Between Simone Biles and Jordan Chiles That Will Make You Flip
Simone Biles and Jordan Chiles could be considered the gold standard for best friendship.
The two gymnasts are scheduled to compete together for the United States at the 2024 Olympics in Paris, and have been inseparable since they were roommates for the world championship team trials in 2018.
Jordan attributes Simone for being the driving force behind her continued involvement in gymnastics. After missing out on a spot on the Worlds team roster that year, Jordan was close to quitting the sport altogether.
“I thought, ‘This might be the end of my gymnastics career because nothing seems to be going right for me,’” Jordan shared in an interview with The New York Times. “I was just looking to finish high school and move on to college. But then Simone talked to me.”
Following that conversation, Jordan embraced a new training regimen, joining Simone at her family’s World Championship Centre in Texas. Little did she know, this decision would lead her to multiple appearances at the Olympic Games.
