Season 2 of Tell Me Lies Finally Gets a Premiere Date
No lies here—Tell Me Lies has a release date.
Season two of the Hulu drama series will premiere on Sept. 4 with two episodes, as announced by the streamer in a statement to E! News on July 19.
The series follows the relationship between college students Lucy Albright (Grace Van Patten) and Stephen DeMarco (Jackson White) over eight years. Hulu mentioned that season two will delve deeper into the lives of Lucy and Stephen’s friend group following their breakup during the summer.
“Lucy and Stephen remain the heart of the show. They are the central focus,” said Tell Me Lies creator Meghan Oppenheimer in an exclusive interview with People. “But my main goal for the show, even from the first season, was to explore the impact of a set of lies on an entire friend group.”
In addition to Van Patten and White, who are a couple in real life, the show will feature returning cast members like Sonia Mena as Pippa, Cat Missal as Bree, and Spencer House as Wrigley.
