Christi Lukasiak of Dance Moms Arrested for DUI
Christi Lukasiak is currently facing legal troubles.
The Dance Moms celebrity was arrested for driving under the influence following a violent car accident last month, as per documents reviewed by E! News.
Christi, who starred on the Lifetime show alongside her daughter Chloe Lukasiak, 23, and is also the mother of Clara, 14, is now awaiting a preliminary hearing. She is scheduled to appear before a judge for sentencing on Aug. 13 in Murrysville, Penn, for a first offense DUI and has not entered a plea yet.
However, documents obtained by E! News show that Christi did plead guilty to operating a vehicle without a valid inspection, breaking regulations on the Pennsylvania turnpike, and exceeding a 35 MPH speed limit by 5 MPH.
The accident, which occurred on June 28, resulted in Christi’s vehicle colliding with a tree and causing a telephone pole to hang over her car, according to a police report obtained by TMZ. The report stated that the 47-year-old showed signs of bloodshot eyes and slurred speech and admitted to having consumed “two glasses of wine.”
