Fan favorite Southern Charm star will not be returning for Season 10
Southern Charm is saying goodbye to a beloved cast member.
Olivia Flowers has officially announced her departure from the show and will not be returning for season 10.
“I won’t be part of this upcoming season,” the 32-year-old shared on Schean Shay‘s Scheananigans podcast episode on July 12. “So I’ll have more free time.”
Flowers, who splits her time between Charleston and Dallas where her boyfriend Alex Williams resides, revealed that leaving the show was not her decision.
“I was really disappointed,” the Bravo star expressed. “I was informed a few weeks before filming that the production company felt I wasn’t spending enough time in Charleston. They noticed on my Instagram that I was in Texas with my new boyfriend, so it seemed like I was choosing a different path.”
“I don’t see it as choosing a different path,” Flowers clarified. “I’m just living my life.”
The reality star also shared that her parents had moved to Texas following the tragic passing of her brother Conner last year at the age of 32 due to an accidental drug overdose.
