Vicky Kaushal says Katrina Kaif got impatient while fasting for their first Karva Chauth
Vicky Kaushal is currently busy promoting his upcoming movie Bad Newz with Ammy Virk and Triptii Dimri. During a conversation with Film Companion about their upcoming film, the actor reminisced about fasting for their first Karva Chauth with his wife, actress Katrina Kaif.
The Masaan actor mentioned that he was fine with fasting, but the Merry Christmas actress got frustrated when the moon did not appear at the expected time according to Google. He shared, “I am okay with fasting. As actors, we are used to dietary restrictions so it’s not a big deal for me.”
However, according to him, Katrina relies heavily on Google. She checked with Google about when the moon would be visible. Google said 8:30 pm. Even though Vicky advised her not to trust the search engine, she believed it, and when the moon did not show up at the specified time, she became restless.
Vicky disclosed, “She was fine until the time that Google had mentioned, 8:30 pm, after that, she started feeling hungry.”
Katrina Kaif narrated her experience of fasting on her Karva Chauth
During an exclusive conversation with Pinkvilla, the Tiger 3 actress shared the sweetest gesture that her husband Vicky did for her.
She said, “But, the sweetest thing was that, of course, Vicky was also fasting. I’m sure he wouldn’t have let me do it alone, and it’s not like I asked him to. He did it voluntarily, so that was sweet and of course, our… his parents were also there, so it was our first… because it was our first year of marriage, there’s a pooja that takes place and all that. So, that was lovely.”
