VIDEO: Virat Kohli departs for London to reunite with Anushka Sharma, Vamika, and Akaay following World Cup T20 triumph celebrations
After securing a brilliant win at the 2024 T20 World Cup, Team India returned to the nation. Led by Rohit Sharma, the team arrived in Mumbai on Thursday (July 5) and took part in a victory parade to Wankhede Stadium.
During the proud moment, star batsman Virat Kohli, who was named Player of the Match in the final against South Africa, lifted the trophy along with other cricketers during the parade.

Following the grand celebration at Wankhede Stadium, Virat Kohli departed for London to meet his wife, actress Anushka Sharma, and their children, Vamika and Akaay. Kohli was seen at the Mumbai airport a short while ago.
In a video on Instagram, the former captain is seen coming out of his car outside the airport and then proceeding to the verification area at the entry gate.
Without a doubt, Kohli looked extremely stylish in an olive green jacket paired with white trousers. He wore a white t-shirt underneath the jacket, along with sunglasses and a black bag slung over his shoulders.

Following India’s victory in the T20 World Cup final, Anushka Sharma congratulated the Rohit Sharma-led team on Instagram. The actress penned a heartfelt note on her Instagram while sharing their daughter Vamika’s “biggest concern.”
Anushka described the moment as “phenomenal” and a “legendary achievement.”
“Our daughter’s biggest concern was if all the players had someone to hug them after she saw them cry on TV….. Yes, My darling, they were hugged by 1.5 billion people…” she wrote in her post back then.
