Sonakshi Sinha’s home hosted a pooja ceremony on June 22, organized by her mother, Poonam Sinha. Family members, including Shatrughan Sinha, attended the event as Sonakshi performed pre-wedding rituals at her home, Ramayana, in Mumbai.
As reported by the Free Press Journal, Sonakshi and Zaheer Iqbal will be married under the Special Marriage Act, 1954. The wedding, set for June 23, may take place at Iqbal’s Bandra residence on Carter Road after the couple submitted the required notice to the marriage registrar.
Iqbal’s father clarified that Sonakshi will not be converting to Islam for the marriage, emphasizing that their union is based on love without religious considerations.
