Former Assistant Accuses Kanye West of Sexual Harassment in Lawsuit
Kanye West is currently facing legal action from his former assistant.
Lauren Pisciotta has filed a lawsuit against West for various complaints, such as wrongful termination, sexual harassment—including quid pro quo and creating a hostile work environment—retaliation, unpaid wages, and gender discrimination, as revealed in documents obtained by E! News.
Pisciotta was employed by West for approximately eighteen months after being hired by the “Runaway” artist in July 2021. During this time, she was earning around $1 million annually through her social media presence and an OnlyFans account—which she claims in her lawsuit that West had initially approved. However, a year later, Pisciotta alleges that West requested her to act in a “God-like” manner and delete her OnlyFans account. The suit states that West agreed to compensate Pisciotta with $1 million for the loss of the account, but she alleges that he never followed through on this promise.
In addition, Pisciotta asserts in her lawsuit that West sent her numerous inappropriate and sexually explicit messages and videos during her employment. Examples included in the documents depict his sexual fantasies, encounters with an unidentified model, and other messages insinuating that Pisciotta desired to engage in sexual activity with West, even though she did not wish to do so and never did.
