Jennifer Lopez Cancels Tour Due to Devastation
Jennifer Lopez is prioritizing her family.
As the “On the Floor” singer was gearing up for her This Is Me…Live tour, scheduled to begin on June 26 in Orlando, she has decided to cancel the tour.
“Jennifer is taking a break,” Live Nation announced on May 31, “to spend time with her children, family, and close friends.”
The Selena star, who is a mom to 16-year-old twins Max and Emme with ex-husband Marc Anthony, also shared a message with her fans in her OntheJLo newsletter.
“I am truly sorry and saddened to disappoint you,” the 54-year-old expressed. “Rest assured that I wouldn’t cancel if it wasn’t absolutely necessary. I will make it up to you and we’ll all reunite soon.”
“I love you all dearly,” she added. “Until we meet again…”
The newsletter also assured fans who bought their tickets through Ticketmaster that they will receive automatic refunds.
