The optimal way to kickstart the day as Martha Stewart is by engaging in Pilates three times a week to break a light sweat. Martha mentioned during an interview with E! News in March that she attends trainer-led sessions at 6:30 AM, describing the experience as “nice.”
Following her workout routine, the 81-year-old enjoys her daily green juice, which she prepares using vegetables grown on her 153-acre estate in Bedford, N.Y.
“I have a vegetable greenhouse right here on my farm,” Martha explained. “During the summer, the vegetables are grown outside in the garden.”
Responding to a curious fan on Instagram who inquired about her stunning appearance in an April 5 selfie, Martha shared a few beauty secrets: “Eating very well, Pilates three times a week. Horseback riding at least once a week. No smoking. Minimal drinking.”
