Pamela Anderson Breaks Makeup-Free Streak at 2024 Met Gala Debut
Prior to the Met Gala, Pamela, who shares kids Brandon Thomas Lee, 27, and Dylan Jagger Lee, 26, with ex Tommy Lee, had been opting to go makeup-free for public appearances as early as January 2023 when she released her memoir, Love, Pamela.
Since then, she has received plenty of praise for ditching contour and blush in favor of her natural skin while participating in ad campaigns and attending events like 2024’s Paris Fashion Week.
However, for the star of Barb Wire, showcasing her bare complexion was more about trying something “freeing, fun, and a little rebellious, too.”
“I did notice that there were many people sporting bold makeup looks,” Pamela told Elle in an interview published in August 2023, “and it’s just like me to go against the grain and do the opposite of what everyone is doing.”
She mentioned that this decision stems from being in a “good place,” adding, “I feel supported. I feel great.”
