Jersey Shore’s Ronnie and Sammi Finally Reunite After Years Apart
Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola was not excited to see her ex Ronnie Ortiz-Magro again.
She explained that when it was time to face her former co-star, whom she had dated on-and-off during the show’s original run, she was feeling all sorts of emotions.
“I’m just a ball of emotions,” Sammi expressed during the April 11 episode of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation. “I’m not looking forward to spending time with this person who hasn’t been a part of my life for ages now. I just want us to figure things out so we can all have fun, co-exist, and get along.”
On the other hand, Ronnie, who took a break from the show in 2021 to prioritize his mental health, was eager to reunite with the group.
“I’m here to rebuild my relationships with my roommates,” he stated in a confessional. “Sam and I don’t have to be friends, but with our long history, there will always be some level of connection.”
That connection resulted in a significant amount of awkwardness.
