Jessica Alba resigns from her position as Chief Creative Officer at Honest Company
Jessica Alba is truly prepared for a new chapter.
The Fantastic Four actress revealed on April 9 that she will be stepping down from her position as Chief Creative Officer of The Honest Company, the lifestyle brand she established in 2012. However, Jessica will remain involved and provide guidance as a member of the company’s board of directors, shifting her focus towards “new projects and passions.”
“When I founded The Honest Company, I had a vision to revolutionize the consumer product industry and I am happy to say, we achieved just that,” the 42-year-old stated in a press release. “Honest has been a passion project for me—one that illustrated the potential of integrating purpose into business.”
Jessica explained that although departing from the company was a difficult choice, she believed it was the right time to distance herself from the company, valued at $550 million in 2022, as reported by CNBC.
