Hannah Waddingham Struggles with Memories of Game of Thrones Scene
“It was absolutely horrific,” Hannah said. “It’s a good thing it’s for them, because they deserve it. I think the cinematography for a series like this is on a whole different level.”
She went on to explain, “When you’re working on Thrones, all you want to do is deliver the best.”
Director of photography for Game of Thrones, Robert McLachlan, has previously talked about the safety measures taken on set to protect the actors. This includes using safety cables for stunts and having a health and safety officer from HBO on standby to advise them.
In a 2017 interview with Business Insider, Robert mentioned, “As the show has grown bigger, the operations have become smoother because everyone is so familiar with it. The collaborative and creative culture of excellence is truly remarkable, starting from the top and trickling down. This crew is one of the most dedicated and professional I’ve had the pleasure of working with.”
