Fraser is prepared to dismiss this crewmember.
Fraser Olender is fed up with living in Barbie’s world.
The Chief Stew from Below Deck is on the verge of getting rid of Stew Barbie Pascual due to her constant disrespectful behavior and negative outlook, as shown in E! News’ exclusive preview of the Bravo series’ upcoming episode on March 11.
During the setup of the dinner table for the charter guests, tensions rise among the crew as Barbie questions her boss’ abilities yet again.
“Do I need to change the silverware tonight?” she asks in the footage, with Fraser responding, “No, you shouldn’t have to.”
In response, Barbie says, “I’m not very good at this. I’m used to having a Chief Stew who instructs me.”
This passive-aggressive remark doesn’t sit well with Fraser, leading him to confront the issue directly. “Do you want me to give you instructions?” he questions. “Is that what you’re implying?”
In a confessional, Fraser confesses that Barbie’s demeanor reminds him of the controversial season 10 Stew, Camille Lamb, who was dismissed last year for her unprofessional behavior and consistent defiance of the rules.
