Sofía Vergara Clarifies Her Relationship Status
Sofía Vergara may have just given a hint about where she stands on her modern romance.
Months after going Instagram official with orthopedic surgeon Justin Saliman, the Modern Family actress shared a glimpse into her dating life. When asked if she believes New York City is the best place for romance, Sofía said, “Totally.”
“Actually, I was talking yesterday about it,” she told Us Weekly in an interview published Oct. 24, “because now I’m single.”
The 52-year-old was quick to add that she’s actually “kind of single,” though she didn’t expand on where she and Justin currently stand.
And as for why the Big Apple is the perfect place to date? “There’s a more diverse group of people in New York than in L.A. because most of the people are in the entertainment business,” Sofia—who is mom to son Manolo, 32, from a previous marriage to Joe Gonzalez— explained, adding that N.Y.C. has “people from all over the world—architects, writers, actors, businesspeople.”
