Actor Bala defiantly responds to criticism for third marriage, vows it will be his last
South actor Bala has made headlines recently after announcing his third marriage to his Chennai-based relative Kokila. Previously married twice, Bala was involved in controversy when his ex-wife Amrutha Suresh filed a harassment case against him. Despite the negativity surrounding him, Bala has finally addressed the matter.
Speaking to the media, Bala addressed the criticism and trolling he has been facing regarding his marriage to Kokila. He reassured that this would be his final marriage and expressed hope that this new chapter in his life would be successful.
Furthermore, Bala took a humorous approach to the critical comments he received, mentioning that he and Kokila struggled to understand them as they were mostly written in Malayalam. He joked, “If you add some English in the trolls, we will understand better.”
Earlier, Kokila shared with the media that she had known and loved Bala since childhood, even writing about her feelings in a secret diary. Bala admitted that it was reading Kokila’s diary that made him realize the depth of her love for him.
On October 23, 2024, Bala and Kokila got married at Kaloor Pavakulam Temple in Kerala in a small and intimate ceremony with their close family and friends in attendance.
Bala revealed that Kokila is his maternal uncle’s daughter, and by marrying her, he fulfilled one of her long-held dreams. Despite his mother’s absence due to poor health, she was thrilled about their union.
