Employees of Sean “Diddy” Combs reportedly forced to transport pink cocaine
Diddy Charged With Sex Trafficking & Racketeering
Following Combs’ arrest based on a sealed indictment, the indictment was revealed on Sept. 17.
According to court documents obtained by NBC News, the 54-year-old was charged with racketeering conspiracy; sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion; and transportation to engage in prostitution.
The indictment claimed that Combs had been abusing, threatening, and coercing women and others around him to satisfy his sexual desires, protect his reputation, and hide his actions for over a decade, with the behavior allegedly starting in 2008.
“To accomplish this,” the documents stated, “Combs utilized the employees, resources, and influence of the diverse business empire that he led and controlled—forming a criminal organization whose members and affiliates were involved in sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and obstruction of justice, among other crimes.”
As reported by NBC News, Combs pleaded not guilty and was refused bail.
His attorney, Marc Agnifilo, told reporters outside the courthouse before the arraignment that, “He’s going to fight this with all of his energy and all of his might, and the full confidence of his lawyers.”
