Chelsea, daughter of Rosie O’Donnell, arrested for drug possession and child neglect
Rosie O’Donnell‘s daughter Chelsea Belle O’Donnell is facing legal issues.
According to court records, the 27-year-old, who is a mother of four, was arrested twice in Wisconsin in the past month for drug-related offenses and other charges, including child neglect. Rosie posted a throwback photo of Chelsea with one of her children as a newborn on October 19 after news of her arrests surfaced.
“Chelsea is making headlines today,” Rosie wrote on Instagram. “This is a picture from a happier time.”
Chelsea has not entered a plea yet and is scheduled to appear in court in November. She has not commented on her arrests, and there is no legal representation listed for her in the Wisconsin court records reviewed by E! News.
Rosie’s daughter, who is the mother of daughters Skylar, 5, Riley, 3, and Avery, 2, as well as son Atlas, 11 months, was first arrested in September in Marinette County, Wisconsin on felony charges of neglecting a child, maintaining a drug trafficking place, and possessing methamphetamine.
