Arpita Khan and Aayush Sharma sell their Bandra mansion for 22 crores- find out the reason behind the decision
Arpita Khan, sister of Salman Khan, and her husband Aayush Sharma, a popular couple in Bollywood, recently sold their well-known party residence in Bandra for an impressive Rs 22 crore. Media reports suggest that they have now purchased a luxurious new home in Worli.
Back in 2022, Aayush and Arpita bought their Bandra residence for Rs 10 crore. According to reports from Hindustan Times, the property is situated in the Khar West suburb of Mumbai.
The Khar property is located on the 12th floor of the Flying Carpet skyscraper developed by Satguru Developers. The apartment spans 1,750 square feet and comes with four designated parking spots.
On February 4, 2024, Arpita registered the property and paid a stamp duty of Rs 40 lakh, based on documents reviewed by Zapkey. The property is close to Bombay Gymkhana, with rental prices ranging from Rs 1.75 lakh to Rs 2 lakh per month.
In 2024, they sold their Khar residence for Rs 22 crore, as per a viral post on social media. Information about their new home in Worli is currently undisclosed, as no official announcement has been made.
Arpita Khan Sharma tied the knot with actor Aayush Sharma in 2014, and they have two children: son Ahil, born in 2016, and daughter Ayat, born in 2019.
On the professional front, Aayush is gearing up for his role in the film Kwatha, alongside Isabelle Kaif. Directed by Karan Lalit Butani with a screenplay by Karan Butani, the film is inspired by real events involving the Indian Army.
Sharma is known for his performances in films like Loveyatri, Antim, and Ruslaan. He has also appeared in several music videos, including Chumma Chumm, Manjha, Pehli Pehli Baarish, Tera Hoke Nachda Phira, and Galti.
Meanwhile, Salman is currently busy filming Sikandar, produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and directed by AR Murugadoss. The movie, featuring Rashmika Mandanna, Sharman Joshi, Sathyaraj, and Partiek Babbar, is set to hit theaters for Eid 2025. Stay tuned to Pinkvilla for more updates!
