Aamir Khan in talks with Lokesh Kanagaraj about potential superhero film and Ghajini 2 prospects
Aamir Khan is one of the most celebrated actors in Indian Cinema, with a track record of successful box office hits. As he prepares for Sitara Zameen Par in 2025, Aamir is in talks with various filmmakers to line up his upcoming projects. Reports suggest that he is discussing a comic caper with director Rajkumar Santoshi, tentatively titled Char Din Ki Zindagi. Additionally, Aamir Khan is also in discussions with director Lokesh Kanagaraj for a superhero film.
Sources close to the development reveal that Aamir Khan and Lokesh Kanagaraj have met multiple times to brainstorm ideas for their potential collaboration. The concept that excites them both is a superhero film, which Lokesh Kanagaraj is currently developing with his team of writers. If Aamir likes the script, the superhero film could go into production in 2026.
While Aamir is occupied with his current and upcoming projects, including Sitare Zameen Par and collaborations with other directors, Lokesh Kanagaraj is working on Coolie and Kaithi 2. Aamir is also set to make a cameo appearance in Coolie, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj.
In addition to these projects, Aamir is also exploring the possibility of Ghajini 2 with producer Allu Aravind. He believes that the story has potential for a franchise and has requested the team to come up with a suitable subject for the sequel. Aamir is eagerly awaiting the first draft of Ghajini 2.
