Flashback: Anushka Sharma vehemently refused Karan Johar’s assertion that Arjun Kapoor has ‘always been’ in love with her
Anushka Sharma is an Indian actress who has a huge fan following worldwide. She shares a close bond with many of her colleagues in B-town. Surprisingly, actor Arjun Kapoor was once in love with her, as revealed by Karan Johar on Season 8, Episode 5 of Koffee With Karan.
Koffee With Karan is known for bringing out sensational facts about celebrities, and Anushka Sharma’s episode with Katrina Kaif was no different. Karan Johar shocked both actresses by disclosing Arjun Kapoor’s feelings for Anushka. He mentioned that Kapoor has always been in love with her.
In a video from the episode, Karan Johar shared, “It’s important to know that he has always been in love with you. You know that right?” Anushka and Katrina expressed their surprise at this revelation. Anushka requested Karan not to discuss this on national TV and clarified that she doesn’t know how Arjun Kapoor feels about her.
On the professional front, Anushka Sharma has the biopic of Jhulan Goswami and Chakda ‘Xpress’ in the pipeline. Arjun Kapoor, on the other hand, will be seen in Rohit Shetty’s ‘Singham Again’. The action-packed film also stars Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Tiger Shroff, and Jackie Shroff.
