The Cause of Death for 9-1-1 Crew Member Rico Priem is Unveiled
After the tragic news, 20th Century Fox, the main studio behind the production of 9-1-1, released a statement.
“On behalf of the studio and everyone involved in 9-1-1,” the statement, shared on The Hollywood Reporter, stated. “We extend our sincere and deepest condolences to Rico Priem’s family and friends.”
Following his passing, Priem’s colleague Nina Moskol also released a statement expressing sorrow over his death, mentioning his imminent retirement plans.
“He had his retirement all planned out, with hopes of spending time with his wife, watching his grand-nephew grow, riding his cherished Harley, and continuing to work as a grip to stay connected with friends,” she shared. “He was excited for this new chapter in his life.”
Moskol ended her message with a reminder to her fellow crew members.
“The most risky parts of our day are the commute to and from work,” she cautioned. “Please prioritize safety.”
