Tammy Slaton from 1000-lb Sisters shares latest photos as she continues her weight loss journey
Tammy Slaton‘s recent photos showcasing her weight loss journey have received admiration from fans and even from her doctor.
The reality TV personality from 1000-lb Sisters, who has shed over 400 pounds since her bariatric surgery and time at a weight loss facility, recently posted a series of selfies on Instagram. Among those impressed by the pictures shared on April 15 was her surgeon, Dr. Eric Smith, who commented on a photo of Tammy with her new cat Chocolate, saying, “You are killing it!”
Fans also praised the 37-year-old for her progress. One person wrote, “Yas girl check them collarbones. Looking good sis,” while another said, “Holy neck bones!! You look great girl!! So proud of you!”
Tammy, who has documented her weight loss journey on 1000-lb Sisters, revealed in December that she now weighs 285 pounds, down from her starting weight of 717 pounds.
TLC has shown Tammy engaging in new activities that she now feels comfortable trying after losing weight, such as sitting in the front passenger seat of a car for the first time in almost 20 years and taking her first plane trip ever.
